【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofhand-heldsparklersandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedashand-heldsparklersincategories1and2inEN14035-2andwhicharecontainedinaprimarypack.Itisnotapplicabletohand-heldsparklerscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(ll);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulphuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,hand-heldsparklersareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:rigidwirepartiallycoatedwithslow-burningpyrotechniccomposition,withorwithoutanignitiontipanddesignedtobeheldinthehand;—principaleffects:emissionofsparks,withorwithoutauraleffect,withoutreport.Schemesfortypetestingofhand-heldsparklersandbatchtestingofhand-heldsparklersarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
