【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestofrontloadedrefusecollectionvehicles,asdefinedin3.2,andspecifiestheirtechnicalrequirements.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothefrontloadedRCV,whenitisusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thisstandardpart3describesandgivestherequirementsofthefrontloadedRCVandtheassociatedliftingdevice(s)andreferstopart4ofthisseriesofstandardsforthenoisetestcode.ExamplesforstandardtypesoffrontloadedrefusecollectionvehiclesaregiveninAnnexC.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:--operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:temperaturesbelow-25℃andabove40℃,corrosiveenvironment,tropicalenvironment,lightning,windvelocityinexcessof75kin/h);--operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,contaminatingenvironments);--transportationofpassengers,liftingofpersons;--loadingbycrane;--loadingbysatellitevehicle;--containersotherthandefinedinEN840-1to-4,EN12574-1to-3andtypeBofEN13071;--handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituationssuchashotwastes,acidsandbases,radioactivematerials,especiallyfragileloads,explosives.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachinerywhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationbyCEN.
