【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61249givesrequirementsforpropertiesofprepregthatismainlyintendedtobeusedasbondingsheetsinconnectionwithlaminatesaccordingIEC61249-2- whenmanufacturingmultilayerboardsinconformitywithIEC62326-4.Thismaterialmaybealsousedtobondothertypesoflaminates.Prepregaccordingtothisstandardisofdefinedflammability(verticalburningtest).Theflammabilityratingonfullycuredprepregisachievedthroughtheuseofbrominatedfireretardantscontainedasanintegralpartofthepolymericstructure.Afterlaminationaccordingtothesupplier’sinstructions,theglasstransitiontemperatureisdefinedtobe150°Cminimum.
